Fulham (A) | PL | Post-Match Thread

Jack played well but still needs to work on his finishing. We could have been out of sight before halftime. 3 points though and it’s just about getting points on the board now!
Thing with Jack is he's too predictable. He needs to mix it up a bit. Sometimes just go to the byline and put a cross in. Constantly turns inside. Also like to see him on the right wing when the tendency would be for him to go on the outside. Over all Jack gives us balance and rarely gives possession away.

Those giving Jack grief should not be following this football club. He has been fantastic this season, such passion that we all have craved. Jack is such an incredible footballer.

He's a fucking star. I figured him reacting to getting kicked and wound up all afternoon would bring the worst out of some on here. I call it passion and I love to see it as long as it's controlled which it was (for the most part ;).

Well done sly with your 14 nights at the top of the table. Pricks.
I see what you're saying tommy but I didn't mind that, tbh, it showed the lie to all that media shit that "no-one can compete with blablabla", you know the rest.
And the sky commentators (not the panel) were, for a change, refreshingly neutral!

Fantastic win, this game always had me worried, hard place to go especially after the games City had recently but to go there a win is fantastic and says so much about this team.

That was a hard watch , very tired boys out there , sloppy as fuck

But top of the league !!
I'm amazed that after so many years, people haven't realized that our 'sloppy as fuck' is still good enough to keep winning games and hoovering up titles. Not having a pop, Kaz, but the lack of faith in this squad and management team over the years is weird. This club are winners. Time and time again.

We usually pick up the loose 50/50 our problem today was we didn't, happy with the control, didn't look in danger, 3 points and top of the league
There were one or two moments where we definitely lived dangerously, the biggie being when Ederson came out and tried and failed to claim the ball from the Fulham player....

People blaming Jack need to give their head a wobble. Tete was a liability all afternoon and the ref did fuck all to protect Jack. I’d have been pissed off as well if I was him.
Fully agreed re the ref.
My ‘blaming’ of him during the game was about his finishing; his overall play is brilliant and he’s a real asset to the team.

I think rotation vs west ham at home is probably a must with some players who looked tired but big mentality, big win.
