Supporters clubs are currently entitled to 20% of tickets in an away allocation. However, for the game in Istanbul, they have not taken up this full amount.

Me and @dannybcity therefore requested that the club add these leftover tickets to the amount allocated to ticket points holders.

Danny Wilson indicated that the club would do this earlier in the week, and confirmed that in writing this morning. I’m not sure on the exact number, but I believe it is in the four figures.

Bit more positive about my 4pm Tuesday chances. Won’t allow myself to get too excited just yet.

If supporter clubs are entitled to 20% of the away allocation and we have been consistently seeing 25% to 40% going to ticket points for big matches, then 40% to 55% of the away allocation is going where exactly?

If that is the case Alex, do you now believe there’s enough tickets that meet the demand from the access codes that were requested? You said the other day that the number of access codes requested is just a bit higher than the tickets available, so this is good news for scheme members. My mate is shitting himself for 4pm Tuesday, it shouldn’t even be the case considering the allocation!

We got 20,000 for the final, @Alex - City Matters was asked not to divulge the code application figure, but it left him believing everyone on the cup scheme should hopefully get one if wanted.

I sort of agree but there are exceptions who may have done a lot to grow the fanbase. I’ve wasted most of today sorting out 20 ticket requests, distributing ticket codes, giving refunds when members had to pay individually for tickets, dealing with queries / criticisms from people who I wouldn’t or couldn’t request tickets for because they’ve had no involvement in the Branch.
