We are absolutely going to lose, the second string team failed to beat Brentford which means our first choice 11 will also be rubbish. It's true I read it in the match thread!!

Judging by the level of flapping on BM yesterday, I'm worried that some of the 'likes' are from people not recognising the sarcasm!

My view ... City have a first 11 (plus subs) with no weaknesses and hugely motivated to beat the third best teams in England and Italy.

I don’t know if Pep is playing silly buggers with the press but his injury update is quite concerning. Dias hasn’t trained for 10 days, KDB is “doubtful” and Grealish and Akanji have niggles. Generally the players are physically and mentally exhausted.

We have seen from the last three games that our squad is nowhere near as deep as the media would have you believe and I really don’t want us to go up against the Rags with anything like the side we put out against Brentford yesterday.
