Interesting if the Cat 1 tickets have sold out first, hopefully they’re going to corporate/sponsors to make the prices more affordable for those applying via the points system.

Also makes sense if the split between categories for the final last year posted by someone is roughly the same as this year (<5% of the allocation being Cat 1 tickets).

I agree try and refresh everything then type it in. Dont copy and paste. Some browsers dont like it.

If that doesn’t work they’re gonna call me back and issue another code.

I am not surprised. You are right that the players etc will have taken a load. But there are loads of Cat 1s. It is the biggest match we have ever played in with full access to tickets. Its priceless, really.

Imagine missing out on a ticket because your code doesn’t work! You’ll be fine, but more concerned for people further down the pecking order.

To my surprise customer service answered in 15mins.
I've been advised to leave things 30mins so the uefa site can refresh. Apparently it's happening to loads of us. If still no joy I have to phone back in the morning. CTID
