Where does it say 8am? Might well be late that.I looked at booking with them, but thought the 8.00am start could be too late, so decided on driving. Will leave Ashton around 6.45 and booked a park on someone’s drive near West side of Wembley.

Indeed, shortest route possible from Wealdstone.Defo
You could play in our midfield and we'd still beat themIndeed, shortest route possible from Wealdstone.
With my buggered knee, torn tendon, a week before Wembley, and Istanbul. I’ll be walking as little a possible.
I say walking, more like dragging my left leg ffs.
Still, the draw is too strong. Lots of tablets and I’ll muck through.
Just hope nobody tries it on!!!
M40 yes. Not adding extra time to my journey, hardly any northern reds going anyway. Is anyone risking the M40 or are you sticking to M1?
M40 definitely for the end we've been givenIs anyone risking the M40 or are you sticking to M1?
Absolutely no need to avoid Wembley Way if that's the best route for you.Probably to avoid Wembley Way
Yes,and I believe its full up nowDo you need to book in advance to park at Wealdstone?
You can fanny about breaking the journey up and walking between stations or probably like most of us jump on at Ruislip and get off at Wembley.OK I'm totally confused now...as I did for semi..I was planning to get tube from Ruislip and jump off 6 stops later at Wembley...now people are saying go to Northwick and walk or something..can somebody explain this properly coz it appears to change a nice simple 20 min journey to more lengthy and complicated
Why would you not do the M40? We're going to Wealdstone FC so it's the best route. All this bullshit about avoiding Utd fans is ridiculous. Wembley Way will be fine too.Is anyone risking the M40 or are you sticking to M1?
That's what I was planning to do until people started putting doubts in my head...but back to plan A,makes far more senseYou can fanny about breaking the journey up and walking between stations or probably like most of us jump on at Ruislip and get off at Wembley.
The latter option will be quicker & less chance of needing a piss while on the move.
Full now unfortunately.Do you need to book in advance to park at Wealdstone?
No worries. managed to book a parking space just around the corner. Looks like a good place as any for a couple of pints.Full now unfortunately.

It pretty much has to be. That bottle neck at the end of Wembley Way could be the start of a riot after the game if we all head down there.I read somewhere that the police were going to keep the fans segregated by making us use different tube stations. Can’t see that working before the match but suppose its feasible after. Send all City fans to Wembley Central, United to Wembley Park. Is that likely?
It was in 2011 to my costIt pretty much has to be. That bottle neck at the end of Wembley Way could be the start of a riot after the game if we all head down there.
Don't forget one set of fans will be coming out later, because of presentation, hope it's usIt pretty much has to be. That bottle neck at the end of Wembley Way could be the start of a riot after the game if we all head down there.
