Im not that disappointed the result was shite, but the overall 90 mins we were fantastic, 2 poor goals to concede we created chances and there ugly Viking or whatever they want to call him didn't have a kick, Varane was immense as was Lindelot.. that side was established over seasons, ETH has had 1 season to get to 2 Cup finals is a plus .. they boys did well you need a bit of luck in a final and we didn't have enough of it. .. it was a good game and we wernt 2nd best only in the result..

Couldn't spell Lindelof correctly - I'll give that a pass though.
Lindelof - if that's a City player he's at fault for the first goal with his "header"
Varane - culpable for the second by not throwing himself in the way of the shot (Casemiro doesn't get a pass on that one either).
Compare that to the bodies we threw in the way towards the end - Boulders nearly headed the cross bar keeping them out. That's the difference

Yes! I was also interested to see he was sat next to a Glazer.... yet rag fans (most) still believe him to be the messiah, well he was not the messiah - he was a very naughty boy and because of a race horse he fcked everything up. I watched it with a Rag who wasn't concerned when they went 1-0 down but then was concerned when they hadn't equalised by three minutes.

Just glad we won. Quite emotionally drained after that. We played as well as we had to and were in control the whole game. They were basically just a knock-it-long pub side until Garnacho came on.

Full credit to Gundo, a very very special player and leader. And John Stones....exceptional. His movement and link up play, not only today but all season......top, top class. And he's a central defender.

Not sure what the ref and VAR had been smoking, their 'decisions' are not even subtle anymore. Bent really.
