They don't though and have already had that accuation thrown at them before which they laughed off as wrong, they do use several pedal boards to create the sounds, bitnot's the 3 piece bamd playing the music

They can laugh it off but having known bands that have played with them and saw their sound checks....there is definitely some sequencing and backing tracks going on.

A lot of bands are using midi connections to their pedal boards, using things like GigRig or whatever that is triggered by MIDI sequencing to turn pedals on and off at certain times of the songs go along their backing tracks and that's what they're doing, doesn't really matter, many bands do it, including them...

It's just the way of a lot of live music these days. as someone that has toured all over Europe, Asia and North and South America in a band... I can pretty much hear it a mile off.

Just caught up on GnR from last night - good set in my eyes (and that's from someone who has never really much of an appreciation for them).

Yes Rose's vocals aren't the same (no shit, he's north of 60).

The band are still pretty tight and whilst I've never been a huge admirer of Slash, he can shred 'em.

I would still like to see him playing in a more restricted role (less being more).

Granted that doesn't lend itself to the sheer over-the-topness of GnR with November Rain and the likes..........
