A big money move from Arsenal who haven't won the title for almost 20 years. If they splurge GBP220m on Rice and the players they're supposedly linked to then I hope the sanctimonious 'financial doping' commentators pick that up and analyse it a bit; not sure they are paying for any of this from prize money/revenue generated from sporting success.
