Oh god. Root was brilliant yesterday with the bat. Finding the gaps and just looking at ease. He owed us a tonne for the dropped catches! Not sure if there's anything in his overnight record, I'm pretty sure he came back overnight last year and kicked on but generally he seems to be shaky starting again the next day...might just be in my head.
