Agree on both but would also add in Doncaster, although it was back '88 when I saw a game thereLuton. Absolute dump. Gillingham’s not got a lot going for it either

I would rather not walk through a shopping precinct to watch a football match at a shit stadium. It’s nice around Wembley. Just the pubs are shit.
On a few of our trips I’ve had a good walk around the area and surrounding areas and it’s spotless. It’s full of people, always!, and a lot of shit shops and market stalls selling tat, but it’s still nice.
Makes even some so-called nicer areas of Manchester (like Chorlton-cum-Hardy, for example) look like a fucking tip and it’s nowhere near one of London’s nicer areas.
King Edward VII Park, Wembley Hill Road, Wembley Park Road, Alperton, Sudbury, Perivale, Brent etc. are tree-lined and lovely and they’re all around the Wembley area. The Sanatan Temple is one of the top buildings in the entire British Isles. Then you have Wembley itself and all the new hotels and places to eat.
I think it’s nice round there.
My bad - I did mean it', Boundary Park it's still a shithole!!P⁹p
Oldham play at Boundary Park.
The bust station has been revampedAlways thought Preston had a particularly oppressive greyness about it with its brutalist bus station.
I don't think Peterborough is a terrible place, just bland as hellI thought Plymouth was quite nice but otherwise would agree. I'd put Peterborough on that list too.
Never thought Hell could be described as bland.I don't think Peterborough is a terrible place, just bland as hell
I grew up near there, been so many times. I diddled a girl there in a beauty salonNever thought Hell could be described as bland.

Ever been to Featherstone?Barrow-In-Furness for a Rugby League was pretty grim too.
Trafford is a nice borough. Alty, Sale, Urmston are all nice places, Trafford Wharf, the real Old Trafford, the best collection of schools in the region, the largest industrial estate in Europe and the Trafford Centre and surrounding attractions all adding to Manchester’s GDP… it just has that one blot on the map that brings it down.We all know the real answer is Trafford , it's only redeeming feature is the real old Trafford :)
