So Sam Lee thinks we’re all racists now.
Maybe that ‘single cell’ fella was actually one of his ‘Super Joey Hart’-style sock puppet pseudonyms

I somehow hope City see this and ban him from the ground, calling fans racist without substance is the lowest of the low.

I wish these journalists would make their mind up.

I thought we’d already been sportswashed by an oppressive Muslim Regime? Or didn’t the sportswashing work, hence the lack of love?

I’m really confused here especially when Ali B was absolutely idolised. Was he an Algerian Muslim or did I imagine this? Or does this Sam fella have no idea about our history? Or is he just chatting shit & shit stirring?

Whichever way you look at it, it’s a really odd statement to make about our fan base from any journalist, never mind a ‘City’ journalist

I’d actually go as far to say that football transcends racism & Islamophobia in the fact that I’m sure every club has racist & Islamophobic supporters who have idolised both Muslims & players of different race for their club
An alien from the Planet Tharg in the Constellation of Questron could put on a City shirt and so long as s/he (if they have sexes up there; they might be hermaphrodite!) puts the ball in the opposition net and tracks back, that'll do for me.

For goodness sake, I've never read such rubbish as this Lee goomer has written for a long, long time. Given City's record in pioneering community relations (the 'Blessed' Alex Williams, anyone?!), to see this kind of nonsense aimed at us supporters is, frankly, insulting.

Oh and btw, Sam.. Riyadh Mahrez was one of the most sublimely skilled players I've ever seen in a City shirt in 60+ years of watching the best club in the land in all the world.

Oh and btw(2), Sam.. did I say I don't give a flying f**k about the race, religion, sexual orientation or political allegiance of any player in sky blue, so long as they do their best on the pitch for us..?

All this time we thought it was Sam’s mates from the WhatsApp group who had unfortunate racist attitudes towards those of an Arabic ethnicity and it turns out it was us all along. Thank you for enlightening us Sam.
So true when you consider the relentless racist drivel we have endured from Delaney, Nick Harris, and Barney Ronay (he with his "grinning beards" comments). These people are Sam Lee's pals.
