Incredibly frustrating. This is the problem with cricket. I can't think of a single major sporting event that would be “settled” in this way. It's not settled. We would have bloody won! And the series would have been alive.

It’s not actually that idiotic if you think about it.

Definitely clutching at straws here but I've just flicked the golf on and not really raining there at the minute. I'm assuming that's the direction of where the weather is heading from.

The whole playing area is slightly domed water naturally runs down hill. Waste of time trying to clear any standing water until it stops raining.

Unfortunately, it’s going to take a long time to mop up so I predict we’ll get 1-2 hours of play max and then we’ll likely be left hoping the weather gods come to our aid tomorrow and give us another short spell.

We thought today was a total washout yesterday so the forecasting is very temperamental… you never know.
