It’s Simon Stone - he gets to go and follow his team every year for pre season at taxpayers expense. He’s even boasting about it. It lopsided coverage that the BBC can’t really justify but being the BBC they feel no need to justify anything they do.

I have said it before on here, the BBC are a disgrace when it comes to us and why we still let them in the ground, do MOTD interviews and let Rag Stone ask pathetic questions in every Pep conference.
Today is yet another example, coverage so far on everything Rags, Dippers and Chelsea and fuck all on us.
Come on City, ask them why we have been ignored yet again by them and if nothing changes treat them with the utter contempt they treat us with and refuse them access

Just went onto the BBC sport website not even a cursory mention of the current champions of England and Europe playing a pre season friendly in Japan,( I bet if we had lost it would have been straight up) yet 3 articles on the rags,I’m convinced now that the reason they get so much coverage is in part to cater for the large masses who lap up the bbc articles and it’s keeping them relevant,some of the people employed at the bbc are rag fans and finally the rags themselves are paying for the extra coverage..

She didn’t get the job through her journalistic experience and she knows it,unfortunately its still happening ..
 
United had 3 articles on BBC Football this morning by Simon Stone out in New York following United's pre-season tour in America.

Now.

There isn't a single mention or match report about City's (the Treble winners) win against Yokohama this morning.

I’ve complained about this. I know it’s pointless but did it.

The same happened last year. Can’t even find out my teams score.

The BBC are pathetic.

Why not organise a 'press welcome' before the George's game.

A 'Back Slapping' reception at their entrance just to the right of Colin Bell Reception.

Indelible paint,flour,sugar,fireworks and a few flares.

Set the tone for the new season...it'll give the Sly bastards summat to write aboot !!
