Joshua Kimmich

Kimmich gifted a victory goal to England when he played in German side. He could not do basic defending and was toyed by Grealish and Shaw.

Kimmich was useless when facing Man City except taking the pen (a good one!). He could not hold the ball and could not put the midfield and backline together.

He was once a good player in one or two season then he stopped grow. Physically too weak. No reliable ball carrying skill. Not a reliable defender either.

Yes, he can play multiple positions. But far from world class. But he is the German version of Cancelo as a right back. He is the German version of post heart problem Christian Eriksen as a midfielder.

His lack of ball carrying ability is the reason why Germany did not get out of group stage in the World Cup. There are only two world class German midfielders right now, Toni Kroos and
İlkay Gündoğan.
Wow that is a bad take

Unless Bayern in deep shit either relegated or bankruptcy, Kimmich will never goes anywhere.

Best just forget this player or it will be another Isco situation real quick.

Agreed but Bayerns finances are not healthy, also his contract is up 2025, so unless he is happy to re-sign there maybe a chance on a move.

They are not?

Actually they do not even have debt, have money in the savings, have e.g. paid the stadium off and write positive numbers on their balance sheet all of the last 30 years - including the Covid years.

Financing Kane is not a problem - but the further ideas like a good defensive no. 6 with ball skills (when available) too partner Kimmich is another project for that Bayern probably still needs to make money. But for sure not by selling players they want to keep. Sabitzer was sold to Dortmund yesterday. Mane hopefully will follow.

nicely financed by their shareholders and sponsors...............oh wait..................

Zero chance.

They are already 14m up in sales. CL money, league title and big sponsorships. They will find the money fine im sure.
Not so sure. It's not unusual to see them spend £50m net in a season.... £100m tho, would be impressive.

And Kane really would be a huge amount. £60m first offer refused. Spurs demand £100. Say 80m. (400k+ per week wages).

Starting at -15, +80 for Kane, takes us to 65m. But we know they are after Walker, and potentially another goalkeeper, too. That would take them very close to that 100m level - all with a sizable increase on the wage bill.

It definitely makes me wonder about the talks planned with us this week.
