Henderson can live with a group of people being disappointed with him, he's minted and becoming more minted by the hour.

Why are all these protests just aimed at the sheiks when there are countless other Muslim countries where you can lose your life or liberty for being gay?

I think the biggest joke is people being "disappointed" in him. Its laughable people think footballers give a shite about LGBT stuff. That's not to say they're against it but the reality is 99% are just towing some line and obliged to do it for the media image, orgnised by the PR machines behind clubs and national teams, especially knowing you get maligned today if you don't do that.

We've seen when it's time to really stand up for it, I.e England in the world cup and now Henderson, its really not something they're going to fight for.

I think it'd be better all round if they didn't insult people's intelligence and act like they're truly all in on the support

I remember when they signed Henderson from Sunderland thinking that's a lot of money for a very average player. But fair plays he's been a largely excellent. Saudi is a good move for him financially at this stage of his career.

He done ok fair play to him. He got a lot of stick from their fans at times. I guess when you're compared to a DJ assaulter you got your work cut out.

Silly. Naive. Gullible. A fucking idiot, maybe. Why anyone would hitch their wagon to any footballer's social bandwagon is a mystery to me.

I dont care what anybody's sexuality is, I don't care what any idiot fooballer thinks about his or anyone else's sexuality. Football is a job, they are in it to make money. Good luck to Henderson making a shitload. But spare me the sanctimony.

Bonkers isn't it? I doubt anyone in the country would pass the bad ethics by association test if you delved into our cupboards, garages, or just the electronic device we choose to be self righteous on.
 
All this saudi money has shown is that it was NEVER about the money it was about the fact that they werent getting the money
