PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Is your opinion similar to mine that the two interested suitors of the rags have been given NDA access to the Cayman Islands accounts? As if so I believe they have decided that the liabilities they would be taking on a far too great for them to pursue the acquisition of the rags?

They were both given access to the data room and have both made several offers since….

Chelsea may use the scouse get out card as they haven’t qualified for Europe next season, like the dips when they bust FFP by £50m at the end of the 12-13 season. Of course the Premier League have completed rigorous checks and found that Chelsea definitely arent called Manchester City and don’t have brown owners, though the Saudi’s may own them via the back door.

I’ve read this Spuds owner Joe Lewis is worth about £5Billion, begs the question why Spurs needed a £100m bale out loan from the UK tax payers during COVID.

another one that needs investigation

The thing about a lot of these billionaires is that although the companies, properties etc, that they own might be worth £5bn that doesn't mean they have hundreds of millions to spend.

However, no football club in the PL should have had a covid loan.

The bbc try to Bury the story about Chelsea! No stripe ing of titles for Chelsea this is good news for city ,premier league need this to go away big time

I'm starting to think we have some really clever fuckers running our club.

They've studied FFPR and turned it against the clubs who wanted it in. We've even voted for even tighter regulations. A club that allegedly cheats them would surely want rid?

Our legal team has seen it for what it is, and is now enjoying how these rules that were set up to fuck us over are now becoming a noose around the neck of the old cartel clubs.

The only information they'll be given access to relates to the shares that are quoted. Apparently that's one called Manchester United plc, which is registered in the Cayman Islands amd listed on the NYSE. If there's another company the Glazers use to hold debt related to the purchase but isn't a subsidiary of the listed one, then they won't have access to that.
