It's great that Walker is staying but fuck me, he needs to either stay back in the wide RCB or learn to cross the ball.
He must be the worst crosser of a ball at City. 9 out of 10 times it never gets passed their first man.His weakest attribute unfortunately.Whe he was an attacking full back and got to the bye line he was far better, nowadays whether its old age :) or Pep telling him not to go too far ... well who knows.
So glad he`s staying though.

That keeps us favourites for the CL.

Despite not taking part in the final, ViniJr and Mbappe can win games against us if it’s tight if we meet them earlier in the comp or the final, and we haven’t played well, Walker is one of the few (only?) players in the world who can nullify these two.

It's all the more infuriating as he gets into really great positions but you just know nothing will come of it. Navas style.

There is no guarantee with any player. We have people calling for young players who have never played in England, or even in a top league. Personally, I would give these guys a go, especially if they showed in training that they had the beating of top defenders.

Being totally honest, do you think we would have won the Treble with McAtee instead of Mahrez?
Easy to say no, but with the rest of the team around him, it's possible. Mahrez is a wonderful talent, but he wasn't the complete player. Tremendous technique, touch but he wasn't chosen for the two finals because Pep believed that Bernardo would offer something different; so might James McAtee.

Would you risk it to find out?

Navas taught him how to cross
