He’s too scared of being caught nowadays, which makes him much more likely of getting caught and also means he doesn’t commit to his big shots as much as he did.

He’ll still win this though.

If he wants to box fundamentally, he’s going to have to learn to get his head off the centre line. He’s eating a few jabs hence why his left eye looks the way it does.

He can’t try and fight like Mayweather and not set up with shots with feints and such. Might as well sit on his shots and let the other guy have it.

Looks…stiff, I think that’s the word I’m looking for.

Should be a confidence booster. Regardless of what you think of his opponent, fighting is the only way he can improve. I’m unsure what type of boxer they’re trying to make him or rather he wants to be.

Which was why Whyte would of been a test for him as he would of thrown everything at Joshua.

Which was why Whyte would have been a test for him as he would have thrown everything at Joshua.

I’m hoping that Wilder fight is 2025 because he needs more fights. A lot more.

If he’s going to try and pick his shots, A LOT needs work. Needs to fight smarter then. I don’t think anything is wrong with relying on fundamentals like jabs and feints and winning on points.

May not be ideal to some but he’s the one in there. He should fight as he wants but it’s almost like he’s fighting against his instinct and going according to a script he wasn’t following properly.

Gone backwards in my eyes. He's tried to become this polished 'boxer' since the first Ruiz fight and has not looked convincing since.

Too cautious and looks like he's constantly doubting himself. Think raw AJ smokes this version of himself. He used to throw lots of combinations but now seems too concerned on what might come back at him.
