He will have a significant part in saying who he wants and who he doesn't but he won't be involved in the negotiations over price.
 
Moyes has got one fucking big chip on his shoulder regarding City. Signing Lescott from Everton was a difficult one with Moyes gobbing off all the time.

Small time mentality from him becoming the mouthpiece for the club, will no doubt prove to be an irritant in the signing, although I think it will get done.

Not sure I want Palmer to go to be managed by the **** though, possibly on loan for experience although it could be harmful to his progress but otherwise it would be a no from me.

Semenyo bounced off him, Paqueta didn't even bother following him and his scuffed shot led to the equaliser.

Yes he's the second best cdm in the league...

Lmao I love the idea that before he's even done a medical the chairman is giving top secret info to the shop manager to squeeze £100s worth of savings on the club shirts. It'll be someone on the piss or a shirt with a printing error or something.
