This is more good news. Is clear now that Trump does not give a fk. Rudy did all this crazy BS to help Trump and not only does he not get paid, he get hung out to dry. Rudy can't afford legal fees so he can't afford to fight these cases, even with good lawyers he has no defence. He's fkd.

The negotiations are "starting".

The first drug on the list is Eliquis, key patents expire 2027 to 2029, but there are generics already approved - but they aren't going to use them till 2026 because they've agreed not to.
Until they whack the price on an early in life drug with no alternatives, its all just piss and wind.

Jardinace, the second drug on the target list, goes off patent in 2025.

Getting a price reduction on drugs which are going off patent isn't really that clever.

I'll try one more...

Xarelto - first generic available December 2024.

Until they (and that's both sides of the political divide) whack the price on an early in life drug with no alternatives, its all just piss and wind.

I’m in no doubt that McConnell has a serious condition. I’m equally in no doubt that the gop are cold and callous enough to keep rolling him out and letting this happen, so they can draw comparisons to ‘old man Biden’ in 2024.

I said it before; so did others -- and we all took a barnful of shite for this from some now too cowardly to post here anymore -- Trump is one of the worst human beings one can imagine, made that way not because he's inherently more fucked up than other fuck-ups, but because he's had the means to sow his fucked-up-ness and takes absolutely zero accountability for the wrecks he leaves in his wake. And has done for decades and decades.
