McConnell had another "turn" today. The guy is fucked. Shouldnt be anywhere near a position of power
Hes a ****. The sooner him and his ilk are gone the better. No sympathy from me.Aw thats a shame. He was a prick of a man as a politician but awful to see a man failing like that, he looks on the way out. I take no joy in that, hes dying by the looks. I wouldnt like to slowly die in the public eye.
No. Fuck him. That **** has done his best to ensure that literally hundreds of thousands die unnecessarily early and in extreme pain through their inability to receive necessary medical care, let alone ensuring Roe was overturned and thus 13 year olds have to carry their rapist’s baby to term.Aw thats a shame. Could be. More likely vacant episodes due to something else like early dementia for example. That could be a t.i.a.
Like a stroke but short-lived.
" speech may be slurred or garbled, or the person may not be able to talk at all, despite appearing to be awake; they may also have problems understanding what you're saying to them."
Early? Fucking early?Could be. More likely vacant episodes due to something else like early dementia for example.
Fucking daft place, how are things meant to get resolved when everything is political there? Ive said there are no separation of powers and Yanks on here have complained about that.
"Fulton County's District Attorney, Fani Willis, a Democrat, has increasingly come under fire from some Republicans and Trump allies for her decision to indict Mr Trump in the case."
Over here, she would be a senior crown prosecutor for the CPS probably, that level. That they have to vote for DAs is mental. That they then ascribe political allegiances to them cannot be right, all round, Shirley?
no it goes beyond that. They actually vote for a DA, and that makes them a candidate who aligns to one party or another. And they campaign for election on issues as a result. They should just be prosecutors, on merit, internally promoted. Why, and how, should the administration of justice and the rule of law have any political edges around it at all? Mental place, and no wonder Trump behaves like he does as a result. They dont just enable him, they made him. Its a ludicrous way of running a country. They are jokersI think they live by the idea that everybody has a political lean and so it is better to acknowledge that and know who leans which way than pretend it doesn’t exist.
It’s an argument, but not one I’m particularly fond of. I think all it does is pressure judges/DAs etc. to follow party lines.

They should fuck it off and just have a civil war for ten years instead - let all the idiots kill each other.Cannot wait for the election in 24
Are you American?Cannot wait for the election in 24

Who would appoint them and promote them on merit? Somewhere somehow a politician or politicians has/have to be involved. I would rather locals vote for a local DA than give whomever the President or Governor is the power to appoint them all. Judges on the other hand are in some cases elected and in some cases appointed, depending — but because they’re effectively supposed to be impartial jurists the process hasn’t been as overtly political as often, or even especially frequently. That said, when appointed, many are there for the duration, which can be very concerning when an overtly non-impartial political judge gets the bench.no it goes beyond that.
