It's not just the coaches though, do they even have a director of football yet? Who's buying the players and what are they thinking? They seem to basically let the managers buy the players, which is fine if you're going to have a manager for years, but then they change them every couple of years and have to clear out all the dead wood when the new manager decides they want a different profile of player. And then the new manager just ends up playing the same style anyway, because they're lumbered with very expensive purchases of the previous manager. It's a shambles.
