I'm shocked that Antony was even in the Brazilian squad. I can remember when every Brazilian was like magic on the ball. The standard of Brazilian football must be at rock bottom.

It seems utd seem to have an underlying problem with their players behaviour and have had for decades
Remember that 1982 team? The best national team not to win a World Cup.

After Gareth's lads, obviously.

Giggs, Greenwood, Antony; I'm sensing a trend developing here.

All "allegedly". That okay @Ric?

;-)
Tbf Jim we’ve had Robinho, Johnson and Mendy although the latter was officially cleared, it’s not something clubs can control but we seem to steer clear of “dodgy” characters these days. I have to say though Anthony looks a “wrong un”.

Was Johnson up to his shit when he was with us?

Its often said that City only win stuff because we spend loads of money. Well as we know thats not even factually true anymore, but regardless, spending is the easy bit.
If all you had to do was spend then united would have been league winners these past few seasons, everton wouldve won it 4/5 years ago. Villa, forest etc would be champs league each year.

Whats extremely important is WHO you sign. The personality of a player, is he a team man, is his attitude bang on. And, with the exception of cancelo, we get this bang on most times. We sign players who are decent people

Contrast united, they appear to do NO homework on a player and keep ending up with utter pricks.
Antony, fernades, that midge at the back, garnacho etc etc
They havent got an ounce of team ethic between them and wonder why they keep ending up back at square one.

Good innit

These journalists are the reason why nearly everyplace in the UK is flooded with these so called supporters when majority have never even been to Manchester or the ground itself.

I still don't know how they are not in the Championship right now playing Leeds United. Considering the money they spent and the debt that they are in.

The Glazers will never sell them because they know how stupid people are buying their tourist branded items (Shirts, Mugs (The only cup they will get this season) etc etc). Also they aren't short of idiots paying to watch the games at the Old Toilet.

So nothing will ever change. Even lockdown they still made money because TV rights prop them up with the money to waste on useless players.

The fans can moan and protest all they want but its never going to change unless the Glazers decide to sell the club which we all know they won't.
It’s a bit like Erdogan the Turkish leader, he has to keep rigging elections because the day he’s removed will be the day he is arrested for fraud. About 13 years ago he was skint, now he, and his family members are multi millionaire’s/billionaires.

I think there’s a possibility what the Glazers have been doing is tantamount to fraud, there’s an extradition treaty with the US, they possibly can’t sell the club for fear of being investigated, my opinion is not factually based it’s just something that doesn’t sit right.

You think so? I bet he starts the rags next match, if they've kept hold of Greenwood after all of his shite then they'll keep hold of the drag queen.
I thought they had let Greenwood go? Albeit, they had their hand forced by the widespread dissbelief and anger of public opinion. I expect the same scenario to play out for Anthony. Hard to see another course of action.

Trevor Sinclair also has a somewhat dubious track record since his playing days.
