If the PL/UEFA continue with the new ffp rules, they could collapse sooner rather than later.
Them getting to the CL this year, probably saves them for next year, but can you honestly see them being helped to such an overt degree again this season to get top 5? So 2025 becomes a real crunch year.
Won’t they just start pulling levers?

With all this coming out in the last few weeks. How much more are the press/media holding back. Seems their mates in the press/media cant hold it all back.
Strange how it's all coming out now.
I find it odd that they have pretty much controlled the media narrative since the PL began. But since the start of this season there has been far more negative stories coming out about them. There has to be a mole at the club with a serious agenda against the owners and the problem players. It’s almost as if someone wants the house of cards to crumble so that they can seize some sort of power. GPC and possibly Neville spring to mind

Only one person let's stories out Niel Ashton

they have to blame the glazers, its their only out, they cant possibly take accountability or fathom that their club is just another club so they have to have a boogey man.
Don't blame it on the sunshine
Don't blame it on the moonlight
Blame it on the boogey....

All this negative press is a bit worrying IMHO.
This all seems to have a feeling of an end game to it, players out of control, rumblings of discontent, share prices up and down like a brides nightie and so on. This sort of constant negative press has never happened before, well not that I can recall. It could even be UMS that are the main drivers of it.
They sell to the Sheikh on the promise that the bodies are firmly buried NDA's all around and the whole cesspit begins anew.

Enjoy the ride, everybody. We've just won a historic treble, and those verminous bastards from outside of Manchester are falling apart.
There may be, just may be, jelly and ice cream on the distant horizon.
Got a fully stocked cupboard

What a load of waffle that is!

The last paragraph is this:
No other top has had this much drama. A lot of these is a result of the Glazers running the club like a circus. Constantly keeping unhappy players so they don’t have to spend money on replacements among more. #GlazersOut

Does she not know they've spent more money than anybody else in the last 10 years?

Also Maguire fighting in Greece, Greenwood beating up his missus,
Anthony beating up three women,
Ronaldo going on Pierce Morgan,
Scholes sucking his daughters toes,
Sancho acting the **** ect

IS ALL DOWN TO THE GLAZERS!

They don't half talk absolute bullshit.
She's just like the rest of em. Gorging on the clicks, farming the traffic to her channel. If everything was rosy in the garden, she'd have nowt to post, nobody would click on her page. She's just a microcosm of every newspaper hack, every twitter knob, every fans forum that gets advertising revenue for the clicks. They all need this traffic. They all know it works, so they stoke the fire, encourage more of it, and before you know it. Nobody is talking about anything else. We're lost down some rabbit hole, arguing about Clayton Blackmore, and they all love it. Ker-ching Ker-ching Ker-ching.

You click on the link and it's mostly massive betting ads with about 4 lines of content that refers to the actual headline. They don't care, because they know you'll be back. You'll click on it again and again. Just put them in the title and watch the money roll in.

Mole or not the press/media wouldn't normally run the stories

there’s also the HMRC investigation ongoing IIRC, which generally ends badly for football teams… or is that mis-remembering?
Just been reading up on the new rules. The 3 year rolling profitability is at E60m plus 10. Rags have been happy to take a small hit on that rule last year is how they spun it but seems to me they are going to be under pressure on this.

Can only guess that rag spending will be restrained by this going forward and obviously CL inclusion is possibly even more significant.

Just so everyone is clear. It is not one woman that has made new allegations about Anthony it is 2.
The latest being a woman alleging rape and assault in a Manchester. Allegedly she went to discuss business he pushed her against a wall banging her head and the rest is, well you know the rest.

(Source: Daily Telegraph )

It's 3 women that have made allegations.

All three had to be treated in hospital with injuries. Two of the women spoke out previously to the girl that wants to press charges.

2021 One of the women spoke out against him that he grabbed her and banged her head off the wall.

The bombshell today is that one of the 2 "new" victims reported it to the police in May 2022.

Which means that United sunk about €150m into a guy they knew was accused of rape and sexual assault, or they're so dumb they didn't do a basic background check.

Also, it's increidbly hard to imagine Eric ten Hag didn't know about this, which means he knowingly recruited him despite the serious allegations, which IMO if confirmed would make his position at the club untenable, let alone combining that with his support for Greenwood's reintegration, his outing of Sancho's mental health issues and his support for Overmars and Promes before taking the job.

They are spiralling out of control and are falling apart.

The only thing they have got now is reminiscing about the good old days under the Govan piss can.

They will be queing millions deep to see his casket when it happens , and charging an admission fee too no doubt.

His ashes in their trophy room together with those of the Rock of Gibraltar would be highly amusing

Their complete lack of any integrity is exposed time after time , and is hidden away from view for the most part.

The current amount of shit being exposed is unprecedented as far as I can remember, and it is totally damning.

Some serious knife twisting going on here.

If it’s that simple? Why haven’t United won a league title in over a decade and not finished above City in that same period? Can you actually see any progress with Ten Hag, I can’t.

Oh, on the pitch they are shite. But linking a story about a nonce attending a dinner, with their performances on the pitch is a bit of a stretch, like.

We're off on a tangent that has nothing to do with football matters and much more to do with failing newspapers trying to create some traffic to their websites. Every time you click on one of those links, they get paid. And they target fans of other clubs as well. Quite often these types of stories pop up on my facebook feed, and I would never open a link to the Sun or the Daily Mail, so why are they sending them to me. Because the algorithm thinks that I will be interested in it because I am a rival fan. It's targeting spamming.
