When I went for my exam the doctor said 'I have to insert my finger and wiggle it around for about 5 minutes, this may cause an erection Derek'
I said 'I'm not called Derek' he said 'no, but I am'

I had Wynne Evans apologise to the Welsh nation live on BBC Wales on my behalf today after I called Rednecks, Rednecks and after him suggesting that Elvis should make a comeback I reminded him that he was actually dead, he reminded me that Steps had made a comeback and I suggested that they should actually be dead. That didn't go well as one of the bloke from Steps has an evening slot on the station.....

Not sure if this is interesting or not but I found it a bit weird.
I’m currently about 4 hours north east of toronto, in the middle of the bush and there are 35 female anglers that also happen to be gay, that are renting a load of cottages for the week.
I didn’t even know that female angling was a thing, never mind that they all know each other and enjoy each other’s company.

Perhaps, just maybe, they are not really female anglers, they are just saying that to to disguise the smell of fish.

So when 'Lesbian Anglers Head for the Bush' vol 1 is released, will you have a bit part?

They may have lied about being gay, obviously on a fishing expedition…

There are loads of female anglers around here, not sure how many are gay mind you

Betelgeuse could supernova any day now (or any day in the next 50million years, but it could happen tomorrow).

If it did happen in our lifetimes it would be the most spectacular thing we ever see and would last for months in the sky.

It would even be seen in the daytime.

If it happens tomorrow how long would it be before we see it bearing in mind that the light we are seeing from our own sun is 8 minutes old.

Good point. It’s in our neighbourhood, it’s ‘only’ 724 light years away.

It might already have happened, 700 years ago.

So we’re not going to see it in our lifetime as I’d say it would have been detected by Hubble or JWST before now.

Saw a really interesting program by Brian Cox yesterday, where he discussed the possibilities of time travel.
He didn’t rule anything out per se, but basically we can and do see the past all the time, because of the length of time it takes for light to travel to your eye and the impulses interpreted by your brain.
Time is reletaive as Einstein proved. And if we see space time as in 3-D we are always moving forward so actually going back in space time is impossible.
