Fucking unbelievable. Trump is an atheist and only pretends to be a Christian to keep the far right Christian Taliban onside.

In a TV interview a few years ago Trump claimed his favourite book is the Bible. When the interviewer asked him to quote his favourite verse he couldn't give her an answer. He never goes to church even at Christmas and Easter like other presidents do.

In that photo opportunity outside the DC church Trump held the Bible up in the air upside down with no reaction or comment from the religious right.

I think he gave the very Trumpian answer "I don't really want to get into that; I like all of it", which was pure bullshit.

He's the political equivalent of a chameleon. Everyone knows he'll do and say what it takes to achieve his aims. Everyone knows he's a liar; no interviewer is prepared to call him out.

Ha ha ha ha my wife and I are sitting in an airport on our way to our new home in Bend, Oregon which just closed today! We’ll be splitting time between CA and OR. But at some point I may need to change my handle permanently.
