It was dangerous. One of the lads I play football with got his leg literally snapped last week from this kind of challenge.
 
Honestly don't see what all the fuss is about. Everyone knows VAR isn't fit for purpose in it's current state and there are 2 or 3 of these apologies every week. Just seems par for the course and nothing to get too excited about.

I didnt actually disappear, just went back to the Off Topic to appreciate the music and War on Ukraine threads. And of course to allow the dust to settle slightly.

So where to start, as you wished for a response
@bluenova ...I dont actually frequent any other football forums. For fear of repeating myself again, something I know @kaz7 enjoys me doing. I dont want to visit an echo chamber. I want my own views challenged.
@mexico1970 ...I do not and have never condoned and action by other Liverpool supporters. The actions of those with the bus, the coins and other stuff is reprehensible and eventually I do accept that there has to come some pressure on the club as a whole to ensure that any supporter being a dick knows that it will come back on the club. As for reading the room, well any post where I point out that a similarity between some supporters isnt going to be popular, but then should that stop me saying it? Not a wind up, just my observation.
@City Mike 1969 Yes City have been in my head for 4years here..but rather than it being something I rail against. I actually embrace it, Do not hate anyone on this forum and actually enjoy it.....sorry once again @kaz7 for repeating myself.
@paulchapo . All conspiracy theories are bollocks. the only issue I could see about the officials being in UAE is the travel and tiredness, but even that I am sure is bollocks with the quality of airlines these days.

There may well be others I have missed out and for that I apologise and bend the knee a few more times whilst repeating my victims mantra.

As I was discussing with an Everton mate, this whole thing is a mountain out of a molehill. It is done, it is over, there can be and shouldnt be any change....shit happens. Wait til the games this week are over and hopefully people will start talking sense again......
