We are already being written off and what is Stuart Pearce issue??
Your last sentence applies to 99% of football fans and pundits. A trawl through the post match threads on here and listening to any phone in tells you that. September/ October Champions? See it every year. These clowns would make better predictions if their jobs depended on it.I touched on this above. He declared that Newcastle would win the league after they smashed Villa.
He isn't all that bright. He tends to extrapolate too much from one weekend of play.

He’s not the brightestStuart Pearce is convinced we won't win the league. That means we almost certainly will. He stated this again today. lol
"Newcastle will win the league"
Pearce said after they smashed Villa in week one lol
The past three years now hes said we wouldnt win it. Don't know what we've done to him.Stuart Pearce is convinced we won't win the league. That means we almost certainly will. He stated this again today. lol

Well; to be fair, he's got a 100% record there. Hard to argue with that. The past three years now hes said we wouldnt win it. Don't know what we've done to him.
I actually think it's the complete opposite, and that now more than ever we are still able to play at a high level despite missing key players.A couple of seasons ago, I seem to recall Pep saying he had two first class players for every position. Rotating the players didn't seem to have too much effect on the team performance. Now, it seems we are too dependent on one two players and their absence is causing our current below par performance.
Perhaps we are missing the recent departed players more than we realised?
You are right. It’s not as simple as just Rodri.I actually think it's the complete opposite, and that now more than ever we are still able to play at a high level despite missing key players.
OK, perhaps missing Rodri, as well as Kev and Stones was a bit too much, but ultimately we put in a ridiculous 1st half performance against Forest without Kev and Stones.
Rodri was a huge miss in the last 3 games on top of Kev and Stones, but I'm adamant we'd have won all 3 of those games had we had Kev and Stones and were just missing Rodri. Losing all 3 is far too much to not have an impact. Factor in missing Gundogan and Mahrez and all of a sudden half the side from last season hasn't been available for a lot of this season.
It may not be a regular occurrence, but if we manage to get a good run of games without any major injuries, we'll wipe the floor with anyone in our way.
After the international break, hopefully we'll only be without Kev, and I'm confident that a team along the lines of the below is too good to not go on a good run in the next 10 games.
Ederson, Walker, Stones, Dias, Gvardiol, Rodri, Kovacic, Bernardo, Foden, Grealish, Haaland
Two losses in five years Just goes to show how phenomenal we’ve been. Thanks for the reality check. Got a feeling that when Kev comes back the whole team will be lifted. We’ve lost 2 in a row for the first time in 5 years. We’ve got Rodri coming back (red was stupid but rather now than business end of the season, glad that he got a rest), Stones playing so we’re only missing Kev. Haaland will probably score a few on international break and get his confidence back. Arsenal really weren’t great and this is their biggest game of the season. If Hwang was sent off then we’d actually be 1 point better off than last year.
Liverpool are vulnerable defensively, Arsenal aren’t as good as last year. Once Haaland starts firing (he’s averaged a goal a game for the past 5 year), we’ll be golden
It is my opinion. Certainly under Pep, as long as we are never further away, then I am always hopeful we can do it.Where the fuck is this projected deficit coming from?...
We are already being written off and what is Stuart Pearce issue??
Spurs possibly mate, but away at the cult not a fucking prayerwolves and arsenal away we won both last year, so six points down on corresponding fixtures.
This can only mean we’re finally winning away at spurs and the mersey cult shit tip this season

Yes, I agree with that part, but I can't see us needing to do so this season...time will tell...It is my opinion. Certainly under Pep, as long as we are never further away, then I am always hopeful we can do it.
