It is in Trafford which is part of Greater Manchester but outside the City of Manchester boundary.

An easy way to check is by looking on the royal mails postal address file ( https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode ). That has old trafford in manchester. Maybe Old Trafford isn't what i should have checked but it seems sensible.

These things happen all the time. Stockport used to be Cheshire, Croydon used to be Surrey. Although County isn't strictly part of an address so that's a bad example i guess.

So, Chelsea are being investigated for illegal payments in the Eto and Willian transfers, does this then constitute their books are false and therefore multiple PL rulebreaks?,or will they just keep it at 2 and blame it on the previous ownership?
