Our matchday revenue still miles behind the rags even since they have been shite? I imagine that changes with the expansion, hotel etc. Apart from that................... more records! ;-)

The rags capacity is 20,000 more than ours. Even at £20 a ticket that's £400,000 a game extra revenue if they sell them all.

to be fair cannot even estimate what the 340m comes together from.

guess Etihad is the main chunk but doubt its more than 100 a year.

what about the new ones announced this summer after the treble? the crypto one and Asahi beer. these could be added only next years account or inlcuded already in the 340m?

Spot-on. That is the way all firms operate. They milk all their contacts for as much revenue as they can get. It is how to run a good business and there is nothing illegal about it. The UK has just signed a new trade deal with Florida. The aim is to build contacts there who will invest in this country and buy goods from British companies. The whole point Silverlake came on board with City is they are experts in leisure, entertainment, and developing music arenas.

Food and merchandise sales are irrelevant in the main. Well, for City, anyway. Puma get the vast majority of our merchandise sales and whoever contracts the stadium food and drink the profits from that.

We get a flat fee per season, plus maybe a small % of profits too.

Maybe the rags get more at the moment.

It could increase a lot when we start selling joint music/football/hotel packages and open up lots of eating/drinking/corporate areas in the new arena on match days. These are amazing times for City. We are Amazon and United are Woolworths.
