Where to start...firstly, Premier League are pushing for nothing, as they have washed their hands of it...unless you are stating the independent tribunal isn't so independent.

Saudi and Abu Dhabi don't like each other...funny!

This is what will happen if we are found guilty 100%.

No way City accept relegation, too big of a damage to recover from.. could take us 10 years minimum to get back to being a top 4 side let alone league challengers.

We will be on the phone to Perez at Madrid sorting a deal out.
No chance would it take ten years. We could reluctantly sell one or two big assets (Haaland plus another maybe Rodri) to cover any losses in the championship. You’d then be back to where you started minus European football and a couple of players but have more than enough to challenge for the top 4/league. It would probably set us back 3 years in terms of being title challengers.

10 points will make zero difference. It encourages others to massively overspend if anything.

Not sure what Everton are moaning about.

City and Everton's cases couldn't be more different, both in terms of the charge which Everton admitted to, and the speed of a verdict.

Rivals want to associate the two, but they are far removed.

If anything, I am even more hopeful now that the Premier League will be cut off at the knees before we ever get to the hearing.
Why are you more hopeful? I’m more worried that this was done to give the PL the ability to hit us really hard - even if we are found guilty of a minor issue.
It’s very strange that these incidents have arisen after we were charged. My trust in fairness has gone & I fear this is the PL’s (ie rags & other red tops) last gasp chance to get rid of us.

Everton were being looked at long before the charges against us were announced

If we've done something materially wrong we'll be punished in a commensurate manner.

The club is confident that isn't the case and all indications, with respect to future investment in the ground and playing staff, partnerships, and sponsorship deals, seem to allign with that.

This Everton case has no bearing whatsoever, and only imbeciles like Stan 'wifebeater' Collymore think it does.
