PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Fuck me I’m up to date with this shit now. Reading it, I conclude that:
- Gill loved Robinho so much, he gave us a pass on the rules.
- Khaldoon forges our documentation each year.
- The words ‘not in my lifetime’ never passed the pisscan’s lips.
- The regulator will start next week and blow the PL out of the water.
- Roses are red, violets are blue.

agreed and it would be in the interest of the PL to get us charged and punished long before the IFR is in place, how many months down the road from page one of this thread and still no further on, the PL have made a very big fuck up giving this the time of day, the only light i can put on the situation is the PL will save face by handing it over to the IFR who in turn will chuck it out, IMO thats where were at

They have opened the biggest can of fucking worms by Docking Everton.

If stories are true of Clubs suing them for lost income then what about PL teams that missed out on CL last season.

RAGS cheated, proven and fined. So their cheating went some way to getting Top 4 and CL place, League Cup win too.

City, Chelsea, Everton, Castle must be at least 4 clubs not looking at this ffp thing in positive light.

Whilst true, it shows that they’re struggling financially because of FFP and that's not likely to change anytime soon.

I firmly believe that the club are sure of their innocence We all know that this is a campaign against City that has been in progress for the last decade they thought UEFA would get us, they even wrote to CAS begging them to throw out the appeal They then spent years combing through regulations for anything they could pin on us The result 5 groups of minor infringements spread over years, but they managed to make it into 115 They rushed to get the announcement out in the process they got a lot of the charges wrong, within minutes Matin Ziegler of the Times had a comprehensive article, thus proving City’s contention that the investigation was leaking, hence their appeal to the High Court for an injuction, which was dismissed, however it is all evidence that Pannick will use. The PL don’t care about the facts which are irrelevant, they wanted to discredit us and it and worked regardless of the outcome of the PL commission we are guilty in the eyes of the rivals, and their idiot fans. People don’t understand the charges they just assume it’s FFP so, we must be cheats yet most of the charges are pre PL FFP, others dismissed by CAS. The narrative was manipulated to say we only “got off” at CAS due to time barring, one charge was time barred so CAS couldn’t look at it. Of course the PL don’t have time barring however, it is likely that Pannick and his team will have most of the charges dismissed, the PL are incorporated under UK law which has a statute of limitation of 6 years that can’t be ignored. Stay calm and we will soon ahve another double to celebrate beat UEFA & PL

Is the 6 years from when the investigation started? Wouldn’t put it past the league to move the goalposts on this with a technical issue or a reporting issue.

I think we all need to relax here. Sounds like Everton admitted guilt - that's why they got turned over (very harshly) so quickly. As stated many times, our case will take years and years - our lawyers will make sure of that. Plus we have stated our innocence time and time again. By the time anything comes of this, the government will have their people in place running the show. There's no way they will allow such a cash cow to them - such as our owner - to be accused of being a criminal, especially when he isn't. There's a reason our owners and lawyer met with the government recently. We soon will be the ones with all the power instead of these money grabbing, power crazy tits in charge of the 'royalty' clubs. Lets see how they like it
