Surely that is from a far left news website who hate israel, in fact the author of it actively hates Israel. I dont see that as relevant at all.

How is that wrong? I don’t think every single person on each side despises the other side or wants them killed, but there is a significant proportion which makes it almost impossible.

As I said If only the solution was that simple or easy..

The origin sources are not from TheGrayZone but from:

1. YNET (Yedioth Ahronoth) (which is Israeli independent news)
2. Haaretz (which is Israeli independent news media)

The source that countered the news was:

1. i24News

Based on interviews from Haaretz and Yedioth Ahnoroth of both the IDF rep (including helicopter pilots, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, Brigadier General Avi Rosenfeld, and others) and Israeli citizens (not just Yasmin Porat, but the several car drivers and passengers being shot at by IDF heavy artillery with those who survived close enough to the heavy artillery to yell at IDF that they were Israelis, and were rightly instructed by the cars to head to safety). The helicopters started with two helicopters but eventually after 28 helicopters in total.

The news that countered the Yedioth Ahronoth and Haaretz news media, was i24News, whose CEO Frank Melloul as he explains is in and has been in regular talks with Netanyahu. The still on-going corruption trial on Netanyahu includes the alleged leveraging of i24News for the issuance of a broadcasting license (2019 source: Haaretz as "How i24News Turned pro-Netanyahu to Secure Broadcast License").

As an addendum, some of the photos used as evidence by IDF has been debunked and is very obvious as prompted using Generative AI photos.

Personally I have been on Midjourney since V3 (2021) as an invited closed-beta tester, and in a few seconds can tell that when doctors in surgical gloves have very disjointed ring and pinky fingers, those are 1000% fake, no question. They should have prompted /imagine photorealistic :: hyperrealistic :: hyperdetailed ... v5.2 instead of going for v4. Because v4 creates disjointed fingers.

I don't think the general population on either side wish death upon the other. However Palestinians rightly want justice for what has been a brutal 75 year occupation and expansion. The original settlers rightly wanted justice for the holocaust. Doesn't this have to come from the Europeans rather than at the expense of Palestinians who had nothing to do with this conflic?

So you take one video of some bloke (who will most likely lose his job over it and quite rightly) and use it as evidence that Leaders in the West are deranged and blood thirst? The Swedish example could just be a slip of the tongue I presume English is not his native language and sometimes slips can happen when you are thinking in one language and talking in another

The narrative from the Grayzone takes a lot of the original reporting out of context.
Not surprising when Max Blumenthal is a regular contributor to Russia Today, the Iranian Press TV, pro Hezbollah/Assad Al Akhbar and numerous other outlets whose partiality is questionable to say the least. And any video that starts with “The Truth” about an event that will take months to find out all the detail has all the hallmarks of 9/11 Truther nonsense. In other words it’s a biased opinion piece that is trying to rewrite history. It’s the 2023 version of Holocaust denial. Whilst there were undoubtedly friendly fire casualties (hence the Haaretz and Ynet stories), to suggest that friendly fire caused the majority of the deaths is utterly ridiculous.

Well not really the evidence is in the billions of military aid our leaders send to Israel and the history of the wars we have waged in that region often failing in our aims miserably and destabilising the region but lining our own pockets in the process. The videos are just them letting the mask slip as they hide behind the vale of spreading democracy when usually in the public eye
