Just got mine. Quite tacky how the white insert with the jersey sticks out of the cover by an inch. If this was a Blu-ray steelbook there would be nerds outfitted with pitchforks

Arrived intact yesterday evening - ordered 2 (one for my brother), so they were both shipped in a larger, plain cardboard box so no indication of what the contents were.

Arrived Tuesday, hand delivered but outer box still squashed and 3 corners of the presentation box damaged. Even the shirt inside was all twisted.

Got a text from UPS my box only had the street postcode on , no address. Have informed them of correct address, now await delivery tomorrow. How can City's despatch send out such an important parcel, without a proper address?

Received today, outer box torn on two corners, very smal ding on top left corner of presentation box

They've just offered young Snott a 30% partial refund on his damaged box because they've not got any spare boxes. Should've packed it properly in the first place.

Who did you speak to? Been waiting a week for one of the female managers at the City store to get back to me and she still hasn’t. If there are no spare boxes I’m asking for a full refund. No point in having a damaged presentation box. That’s the last time I buy anything similar from City in the future. It really has been a shambles. Thankfully some people did get their presentation box undamaged.
