Spurs (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

Thought Grealish looked offside and that's why he blew to bring advantage back. But he shouldnt have blown anyway

Same ref who got dropped after his performance in Rags v Wolves, same ref who got dropped after the Var fuck up ( in Spurs favour) for Spurs v Dippers.
The fact he signalled the advantage, saw the through ball then blew is an utter disgrace yet I bet he won’t be dropped.
But this is on us, we are woeful atm, shape is wrong with no midfield that leaves the defence exposed time after time, we cannot defend and you cannot miss the simple chances we miss every week, cost us 4 point in 2 games.
Pep needs a hard look at himself and his coaching team this season

Its hardly irrelevant. If we'd have buried 1 of 5 or more clear chances we had it wouldn't be in tge refs hands to screw up.
It's always in the ref's hands to act with integrity whether we are up by a few goals or not.

That shithpusery att the end from ref cannot take away from the fact we again were poor in midfield and defence at times and gifted a team points for the 3rd prem game.

we should have been 5 up by half time.

only annoyimg thing is kululevski should have been off for at least 2 yellows long before his goal

I thought we were really good in the first half and should have killed the game off.

Really poor second half.

For anyone who thinks that "officials are just bad" have a rethink...

What we've seen just now and cheating, Nothing in between, Blatant cheating.

He waved play on, Haaland plays Grealish clean through, Then pulls it back for a free kick. Corrupt as fuck.

Genuinely can't do football anymore I've had enough of this crap.
It can only be cheating.

Say what you like about our performance, that is dodgy as fuck.

Hooper not playing advantage, the fat fuck and then did you notice how quickly Sky got their cunty ex-ref to agree with Ratboy that it wasn't a penalty, even when VAR were probably still reviewing it? I would love to know if VAR are listening to the commentary.
Im sure tgeres deliberate channelling of SKY / public opinion (as in fans of rivals paying for the league) VAR is made for this. I was wondering if Grealish was offside though..was he? i honestly have only seen it once and just "felt offside' happy to be completely wrong here but a yard of space like that!

Make no mistake about it.
Arsenal doesnt lose points to this injury plagued Tottenham side. Liverpool doesnt, Chelsea doesnt, Newcastle doesnt, United doesnt, Villa doesnt, Brentford doesnt, Brighton doesnt.

We are a shambles at the moment and Pep needs to fucking wake up. I have given us a lot off leeway this season because we usually kick on after Christmas but the last week has ben unforgiveable. Two home games against a shite Liverpool and a even shittier suicidal Tottenham with a overrated naive clown manager thrown away because off fucking stubborness.

Not even crying about the overweight piece of shit referee. Does anyone really believe Grealish would have done anything on his own in that situation? He already killed the ball dead himself looking to turn backwards when their keeper were asking to get lobbed.

We will probably get better, so fuck it. But never in my wildest imagination would I think this team would sink low enough to not beat this fucking Tottenham side. And thank fuck for signing Matheus Nunes, what a superb signing. Who would have thought a nothing midfielder that did fuck all for Wolves would struggle to impose himself in a treble winning squad.

Also Haaland need fucking dropping. If you miss sitters you cant be on the pitch when you are as limited as him. Only problem is that Alvarez needs fucking dropping as well. Take me back to having Tevez, Aguero, Dzeko and Balotelli as options, fuck me
So youre saying youre upset we didnt win?

Right...

We weren't at our best today, but...

There was a disparity in decision making from the off. Our booking were perfectly valid, but Spurs should have equally had 3 or 4 bookings IF the LOTG are applied equally. They weren't and that was BLATANTLY obvious.

And then that BULLSHIT decision at the end of the game - He waived and mouthed play on, and THEN blew his whistle once he saw Grealish through on goal. I can only surmise that someone at Stockley Park whispered sweet nothings in his ear ant told him to bring back the play for me a foul.

We also SHOULD have had a penalty in the dying seconds for a push in the box that VAR cleared within seconds.

FUCKING PiGMOL CHEATS!!!
That is not a fucking penalty

Wonder when Pep will pull the rabbit out the hat and come up with his next phase?
feels like we are treading water till stones and Kev come back.
Fluidity and control has gone. I know we are not gonna win it every year but bloody frustrating when we are better than the shite from the last 3 PL games.
villa away has become a “massive” game.
just want pep to work his magic.

Lewis and stones (if fit) in the middle at Villa, don’t want kova anywhere near the team at present. I’m an eternal optimist so hope we come good sometime soon.
