New Dr Who

I wrote to Russell T Davies suggesting a plot that involved myself,Amy Pond and a giant Vat of custard.
He hasn’t replied yet.
I suggested one to Moffat when he was show runner about Clara and Amy having to scissor to survive on the planet Licmipus.

Looks like Tennant's last appearance will boil more piss.

Preview shows someone kicking off with The Doctor about his rights being ignored and RTD teasing a controversial ending. I'm guessing Tennant snogs Ncuti to help the regeneration.
The rumpur acording to digital spy is that instead of regeneration into Ncuti tennants 14th will split inito two with him remaining as 14 bit not the canon doctor and Ncuti as new doctor15 with tenents doctor flying off on his own adventures with donna that can be revisited at RTDs leisure.

Sounds to me the writer has invented a scenario he’d like rather than one he expects.

Conclusion

The essence of Doctor Who lies in its ability to constantly reinvent itself, and the Doctor’s regenerations are a significant part of that. But imagining a different path for Tennant’s Doctor, one where he chooses to embrace the ordinary, is a fascinating thought experiment that underscores the show’s endless potential for storytelling.

And also, I just really don’t want Tennant to go again after only just getting him back!

That was a quick link on a search, not the rumour on digital spy which had come from reddit which is similar bit as I posted differs slightly.

either way 14 seems to be being left available to be used again, I mean it won't be the first time afterall.

I don’t know what will happen and it’s probably kept very tightly under wraps. Any rumours are more likely ro be red herrings put out than real.
My thinking is having this doctor and Donna still in some kind of existence able to reappear any time would be unfair on the next Doctor or any following Doctors and not something they’d do. Bringing old Doctors back into stories when they have wanted to has never been an issue anyway, been done loads of times.
You know thinking about it, wouldn’t surprise me if RTD filmed more than 1 ending and is the only one that knows which will be used.

There's an alleged Disney TV spin off Poster been leaked for a show called Partners in Time staring them.

However that doesn't make sense to me as Yasmin Finney is supposedly in Ncuti's new season reprising her role as Rose. The Doctor feels the need to protect her. Leading to my theory that the 14th and Donna die to save her and he is full of grief about it because he can regenerate but she couldn't.

Time travelling alien fighting pepper pots wearing sink plungers, or giant maggots has always been classed as fantasy to me. I can't see many fans complaining if that's what RTD is planning for the future.

Well fuck me...

Some good social commentary mixed with a fantastical story.

Neil Patrick Harris got Doctor Who and played The Toymaker with the right amount as camp without going full Skagra.

Some great name checks and good to see Mel again.

Just thought the ending was too Disney.

Was a decent offering, Neil Patrick Harris was great in it and the bi-generation worked well enough (maybe tennants 14 become bakers curator from the day of the doctor).
Ncuti gve off some good future vibes.

RTDs dig at moffat killing off companions as opposed to his happy families approach was subtle but obvious.

overall a good episode though I hope we don't see donna or 14 in Ncutis 2 season already filmed

I thought the same.

RTD Mothballing Tennant for the 75th anniversary.
:)

Ncuti impressed me straight away. He's going to be the campest doctor.

That bloody Goblin King song from the Christmas episode is already stuck in my head. bastards.
