He had a decent tack record for the past 4 seasons leading up to last season in fact didn't miss a game through injury in the 21/22 season. He is still an extremely valuable player and will be needed again this season in the run in.Injuries were always the issue with Johnny but this is now getting silly.
Starting to worry Pep will lose faith, wonderful player but does our squad need a player injured for 3/4 of the games available.
Your percentage is somewhat over the top and in fact he is by no means near the most games lost to injury with respect to our current squad but his hamstrings are not what they were and the last time he was out with an ankle injury he missed two months and it could be the same again this time around.
The rest of the squad will have to step up but hopefully Doku and KDB and Erling will return in January as we desperatlely need them with the small squad we have.

Like a number of our players for a whole variety of reasons but not as much as you quote.He has missed a lot of football during his time with us, so sad , as he is a wonderful player when fit.
He will be back and will see his contract out until 2026 with us with a lot of good football to come.
This latest injury was just unfortunate in the tackle and in circumstances that in the good old days wouldn't have happened.

So are a number of our players Keeper just look at their records , JS 's record isn't as bad as many in the squad.John Stones sadly is prone to injury, that's just a simple and sad fact.
As I said he was out last year from two hamstring strains and a hip injury this season.
From Jan 2020 to 23 he hardly missed a beat.
He will play many more good games for us Keeper don't you fret or be saddened its part of the game.
if he was only available in 1 in every 4 games in his time at City he would have been shipped off long ago.
