Any chance of bullet points as to what people are arguing about now? I'm guessing there's nothing that's actually new?
Nothing new at all pal.

CAS panels are set up from a pool of KCs CAS nominate the chair and each party nominate from the pool, so not a UEFA paid member as suchI have always maintained CAS took about 15 minutes after starting the hearing to clear us. (Take no notice of the 2-1 majority, the 1 was UEFAs paid member of the commitee).
The more it goes on and City present the third party info to the panel I get the feeling that the panel will not even go to a hearing. The pressure on them to deliver a guilty verdict after reading all City's comprehensive evidence will be enormous and the repercussions even more so if they come back with a guilty verdict without being able to show why. But then I've followed City that long I worry about Huddersfield this weekend;-)
Tbh I'm kinda with you on this. I think we'll be fine and I trust the powers that be at our club, But do I think the PL have come after us with not one ounce of evidence and purely to try an ruin our reputation, all because the cartel clubs have instructed them to do so. Nope.
Well known fact they met up and had candyfloss before going on a spin the waltzers
No they’ve come at us with a story in a tabloid newspaper that has already been found to have doctored emails.
Yeah, @gordondaviesmoustache is great at sleeping.Brilliant repose @gordondaviesmoustache.
Thanks for the reply and the way the panel will operate. Maybe with UEFAs choice at CAS I should have said someone who has worked for them before as that is what I thought I had read. Either way he was their choice and unlikely to go against them and I find it bewildering that the panel could comment no evidence or suchlike so many times and he still thought City were guilty. As they say anything can happen at a trial so maybe panels are similar;-)CAS panels are set up from a pool of KCs CAS nominate the chair and each party nominate from the pool, so not a UEFA paid member as such
The PL commission is different PL have a retained KC, a lot has been made that he is an Arsenal fan and it's been said that City have objected to his involvement. He is asked to set up a panel of three, he may or may not sit, on the Everton panel were two KCs and a sports financial expert. The hearing you refer to will only properly extend to the panel and City's legal team interviewing witnesses based on the submissions made by both parties. It will likely take a long time, unlike a trial, the witnesses can be compelled to attend nor, will it open one day and continue day after day until it ends
its not the kings council , thats the point its an independent panel set up so they have to take into account whats presented no matter how derisory it is.But surely there must be some evidence. I keep reading they haven't got anything, zero, fuckall. Surely the Kings Council would even say "Are you taking the piss"
Of course there is evidence just like at CAS the said evidence will be examined and cross examined, then a verdictBut surely there must be some evidence. I keep reading they haven't got anything, zero, fuckall. Surely the Kings Council would even say "Are you taking the piss"
i think if the PL had anything on us we would have been chucked under the bus by now at least with an interim charge, thats one from 115 that would stick and they could have restricted us this season either on transfers or points deduction but nothing the silence is defening, to me it points that the PL have no idea what there doing, i would go as far as saying there now looking for a way out without looking like a bunch of incompetent fools, No better way out than handing everything to the IR and saying 'well nothing to do with us now' watch this space
But surely there must be some evidence. I keep reading they haven't got anything, zero, fuckall. Surely the Kings Council would even say "Are you taking the piss"
I know I'm repeating what others have already said but my guess is that there is evidence but that evidence is very flimsy - probably amounting to no more or not much more than the evidence that UEFA had. However, regardless of how flimsy it is, I think that the panel still have to go through the process of conducting a hearing and entertaining that evidence rather than laughing it out of the place. When you read the CAS report, there are hints all over that UEFA's evidence against us was nothing short of a joke but CAS can't come out and say that it's a joke as much as it would've been funny as fuck seeing that! Their wording has to be more professional than thatBut surely there must be some evidence. I keep reading they haven't got anything, zero, fuckall. Surely the Kings Council would even say "Are you taking the piss"
I can't enlighten you as such, other than to state that what you were told sounds like one of the biggest piles of steaming shite I've ever heard in my life.can anyone enlightened me, a lawyer told me that the same law firm and account people worked for City and Everton is that true ?
Sure mate. Ok.No they’ve come at us with a story in a tabloid newspaper that has already been found to have doctored emails.
Sure mate. Ok.
If we could go nuclear with this so called smoking gun we would have done already. I really don’t think it exists. Can't wait for us to go nuclear on this.
They went for a ride on the donkeys and that's where Klopp got the idea to buy Nunez.
Hmm, sounds like you two are intimate…:)Yeah, @gordondaviesmoustache is great at sleeping.
