Funnily enough, I don't recall us being called 'Oil Rich Manchester City' for a while. Almost as if oil is nowhere as evil as it used to be, for some odd reason.

I don’t think a single penny of City’s income comes from oil. Not sure it ever has.

Oh yeah, I get that and you will be more clued up than I am, I just remember Abu Dhabi and Dubai were trying to diversify to other industries and commerce going back almost 20 years ago when I made my one and only visit there in 2006.

If its not the English Premier League then it doesn't count basically. And having asked the question once he doubles down and keeps asking as though the reply is a joke.

that similar to when they mock foreign players for having poor english, feel like saying why dont you try and conduct the interview in their language because i guarantee that their english is way better than your german, spanish etc
