He's a horrible bastard. He goes about expressing his view in a nasty manner.

Don't get this you have to have played at the highest level to commentate which is a relatively new thing Motson, Tyler etc disprove that.Just popping in to say that this? Is why I stopped posting here (this thread came up on a search). Because I am a woman and I am a football fan and according to posters like this, I don’t belong here. Even if I was a City fan, I wouldn’t belong here.
Barton doesn’t have a problem with men commentating on women’s games. Odd, that.

The belief that you need to have played at the highest level to have worthwhile opinions holds no weight.Because they have played top level men’s pro football that’s why.
Also just read Barton assualted his wife in the past, kicking her in the head and choking her. Any man that treats women like that commands zero respect from me, and forfeits their right to an opinion on women's involvement in our game, in any capacity.
