Brighton or Porto now i think,Where has this deal got to? Thought we had sewn it up and he was joining in Jan, but I've not heard anything for a while...
Brighton or Porto now i think,
not seen them in the links last couple of days tbh. Brighton double deal for him and Fernandez at Boca seems most likely.Chelsea also
I wouldn't blame a player his age picking Brighton over us if first team opportunities would be limited. Not sure if that's what happened, however.I have never seen this young man play so I can’t comment on his ability. However I did read that we were very keen on him and were even in “advanced negotiations” for him. It’s a bit of a surprise to read this morning that Brighton have exercised his £10m release clause. £10m is not really much of a risk these days. We could probably sign this guy and bring him through the EDS or loan system for a couple of years. If he is good enough for the first team after that it would be a bonus. If not we flip him, probably for a tidy profit.
Looked averageOh shame, I thought he looked good.
Agree - I rate Estupinan highly. Could it be they know PE will be moving on this summer so Barco is lined up to succeed? If he is a left back, which I thought he was, he will do well to take Estupinan’s place
He's only started 7 prem games this season due to injuries. this kid will be cover, theyve been playing a cb there this season.Agree - I rate Estupinan highly. Could it be they know PE will be moving on this summer so Barco is lined up to succeed?
so now it is certain to say that he will be world class in Brighton and will go to Chelsea for 120mil ?![]()
Why Man City decided not to sign long term target for just £9m this month

he's been ballin for 2/3 season at left back. he's well knownPossibly didn’t expect the left back at Girona to have such a breakout season?
Half of Europe apparently watching him, though Madrid have a buyback clause iirc
