I remember reading that a punter in Scotland won £25,000 by placing a bet at 1,000/1 at HT.What were the bookies offering at HT I wonder. Got to be 1000/1 at least.
Nice. Will have to purchase a selfie stick if it goes down to Cityzens.Yep 9k allocation, £35 adults, tenner for kids (for home fans at least) according to Spurs website

Because day trippers have selfie sticks, apparently. Why ?
I’ve drank in there. It’s vile, isn’t it? Guaranteed they only get custom when Spurs are at home. Toilets around Prenton Park are the same.City were designated the Elmhurst Pub last season which was an absolute shithole.
Far better to sneak into a home pub before the bouncers set-up and don't draw attention to yourself
Are all Cityzen matchday ticket buyers tourists with selfie sticks then ?I've never owned a selfie stick in my life.Because day trippers have selfie sticks, apparently.
You can borrow mine. Are all Cityzen matchday ticket buyers tourists with selfie sticks then ?I've never owned a selfie stick in my life.
This was the Elmhurst's exotic beer garden last season.I’ve drank in there. It’s vile, isn’t it? Guaranteed they only get custom when Spurs are at home. Toilets around Prenton Park are the same.
I actually think the dippers game being picked for TV is a bigger pisstake than the rags. At least the rags are away to a lower league outfit meaning there’s a bit of the proverbial ‘magic of the cup’ nonsense involved. Dippers at home to Norwich or Bristol Rovers is as about as appealing to the neutral as a trip to the dentist.Wtf are ITV thinking, 8pm on a Friday, there’s loads of neutral football watchers who won’t see the game as it clashes with Eastenders or any other shite that’s on a Friday night. The biggest pisstake is the Rags away to either Newport or Eastleigh at the prime 4.30 Sunday slot, what an absolute fucking joke.
Fulham v Newcastle at 7p is baffling on a Saturday night, why not utilise the 5:30 slot or they could have put our game on at 5:30 and Fulham at 8pm as an hour makes little difference.
Keeping the Rags relevant from all broadcasters is a damned agenda, the wankers are doing their upmost to keep them in public view.
A real kick in the balls for the FA Cup holders this one.
the Liverpool thing is a numbers game, they know they can get a big (ish) audience purely due to weight of numbers and terrestrial TV novelty. Sadly. It'll be a pretty cack tie.I actually think the dippers game being picked for TV is a bigger pisstake than the rags. In the interests of fairness, our game against Huddersfield being on TV (albeit iPlayer) was also baffling.
£60 to £175 - wonder if @staffsblue got a good commission. When they get expensive I turn to the Borehamwood ones, about a mile from the station via pubs and Nandos £48 now. It is a lot of messing for Spurs but good for the M1.Just went back on to book travelodge at edmonton and its tripled in price.
Anyone any other decent priced hotels not ages away on a tube?
£59.50 Premier Inn Southgate currently although you’ll need to pay a bit more if you want the option of cancelling.Just went back on to book travelodge at edmonton and its tripled in price.

According to the Sporting Life it was 500/1 and yes 25k was paid out. Im pictured on the back page with a few others scrambling over seats celebrating Macken's goal.I remember reading that a punter in Scotland won £25,000 by placing a bet at 1,000/1 at HT.
