I doubt there’s anything official but the bodies will definitely be buried somewhere, and you are right about the establishment up to a point. That equation isn’t limitless, if only for reasons of self preservation.Agreed but hopefully someone gets in there and looks at board minutes, emails, management meeting minutes etc, I am sure there’ll be some incriminating stuff if they care to look, but whether the establishment goes hard after the establishment is doubtful
Some of these fuckers even have butlers!I doubt there’s anything official but the bodies will definitely be buried somewhere, and you are right about the establishment up to a point. That equation isn’t limitless, if only for reasons of self preservation.
Do you not have faith that the judicial enquiry will expose everything then?Agreed but hopefully someone gets in there and looks at board minutes, emails, management meeting minutes etc, I am sure there’ll be some incriminating stuff if they care to look, but whether the establishment goes hard after the establishment is doubtful
I have no faith that the establishment will ever hold other members of the establishment to account, as I said in the previous post, but I can hope that they doDo you not have faith that the judicial enquiry will expose everything then?
Saw the TV series and was amazed and obviously appalled at the treatment of the Postmasters (and subsequently, their staff).I have no faith that the establishment will ever hold other members of the establishment to account, as I said in the previous post, but I can hope that they do
After reading your post and those of @gordondaviesmoustache I pondered about how you could possibly go about trying to provie it....but then came back to the very way in which they sought to charge the victims in this case. That being that they had signed off their accounts as being a true record.Agreed but hopefully someone gets in there and looks at board minutes, emails, management meeting minutes etc, I am sure there’ll be some incriminating stuff if they care to look, but whether the establishment goes hard after the establishment is doubtful
Dishonesty can be quite properly inferred from conduct, so it won’t be an impossible burden to discharge. After reading your post and those of @gordondaviesmoustache I pondered about how you could possibly go about trying to provie it

What’s he said?Patterson's questioning this morning is even more damning for the PO and Fujitsu
What’s he said?
he has basically dobbed them in by suggesting that everyone knew about the bugs - its also come out that statements were tampered with to remove references of any probable bugs.
lies revealed last night - having sworn on the bible the ex-priest Paul Vennals seemed to overlook the 9th Commandment
Several are now proven to have perverted the course of justice, and under oath so, will see jail time.
Too much interest now from the public. Would be political suicide not to prosecute and convict imothey should but somehow I don't think Vennals will see Styal any time soon
Not a cat in hells chance. The Met top cop, Rowley has said a police investigation will not be concluded until 2026. Bollocks. The biggest cover up in this country started 15 years ago and is still going on. The cops started investigating in 2020. 6 years ! Fuck off.Several are now proven to have perverted the course of justice, and under oath so, will see jail time.
