Klopp and his coaching team leaving is a sign he's probably going somewhere else after a break - probably the German National Team or Real Madrid. So it's bollox he's exhausted (mind you trying to catch Pep isn't a good for anyone's mental health).

Got to say thank you to Klopp his Liverpool teams have been amazing. I like the man and he’s a lovely human being. Was excellent competition with us. It was very hard to compete with our very own blues who are world class in every department. I will miss the guy and it’s a sad loss for football in general

Just been speaking to a dipper at work who said somethings not right behind the scenes. He said the whole backroom staffs gone and someone called Pep something or other is integral to their way of play. I couldn't stop laughing. Apparently one of ems gone home. :)
