Albeit for reasons that aren’t clear at the moment, Ceferin has now come out and essentially said CAS got it wrong and City were bang to rights, so there is certainly a non-zero chance the PL tribunal finds differently to CAS.The PL will have to prove that we knowingly accepted money from Etihad that we knew had been provided by ADUG. But CAS kicked that claim into the legal equivalent of Row Z.
What Ceferin did or didn't say will have zero impact on what evidence the lawyers on the PL commitee find or don't find.Albeit for reasons that aren’t clear at the moment, Ceferin has now come out and essentially said CAS got it wrong and City were bang to rights, so there is certainly a non-zero chance the PL tribunal finds differently to CAS.
Correct, there is specific language in CAS's post hearing report stating that some of the charges against us were spurious...Remember what CAS reported after they found City not guilty. The panel felt like there was an element of a witchhunt being waged against our club or words to that affect.
Cool story.Albeit for reasons that aren’t clear at the moment, Ceferin has now come out and essentially said CAS got it wrong and City were bang to rights, so there is certainly a non-zero chance the PL tribunal finds differently to CAS.
I had the same thought first but soon followed by “ can’t compete with cheats “ he must be itching to say.Wonder if Klopp is getting off is the realisation that City ain’t going anywhere as far as 115 charges?
Is that what he said though? I get the media have spun his quotes in different ways but I've yet to see that interpretation.Albeit for reasons that aren’t clear at the moment, Ceferin has now come out and essentially said CAS got it wrong and City were bang to rights, so there is certainly a non-zero chance the PL tribunal finds differently to CAS.
he got wind we are innocent on all charges and realized we are here to stay. :DWonder if Klopp is getting off is the realisation that City ain’t going anywhere as far as 115 charges?
He didn't but the poster you're replying to has a history of spinning his own stories. Very odd...Is that what he said though? I get the media have spun his quotes in different ways but I've yet to see that interpretation.
I'd imagine if City were "bang to rights" that evidence would have been produced either by the UEFA investigative committee or as part of the CAS case, but it wasn't.
If Creterin wants to change the rules to allow him to extend his tenure he needs support and probably votes. What better way to curry favour than to publicly join the pile on against us.Albeit for reasons that aren’t clear at the moment, Ceferin has now come out and essentially said CAS got it wrong and City were bang to rights, so there is certainly a non-zero chance the PL tribunal finds differently to CAS.

The man’s a fraud.
Frankly they are used to it.It's politics. You do what you have to to get what you want. I am pretty sure the club's higher-ups understand what is going on.
Cynic in me has the Red shirts announcing this now to control the news cycle as they've been tipped off that charges are being dropped / no case to answer. Spin it how they want it - the ideal is a weekend of Tributes to Klopp, how he went up against the mean Money machine at City and won a league title but its taken its toll on his health and it's our fault that the EPL is now deprived of the Klopp / Pep rivalry coupled with a City defeat this evening so the talk of the quadruple continues to gather traction. Little foot note under the crossword that City cleared etc.Love the people thinking klopp leaving is down to our case. Lol
Cowboy, I'm just so incredulous at the level of negative things being spun about us on a daily basis with no accountability and very little pushback from "professionals" who plainly know better. Based on what I see every day there's no one who is going to convince me that it's not a large scale smear campaign against everything City (and it doesn't have to be a coordinated conspiracy like some on here say doesn't exist, but it's 100% a fucking bandwagon). There's an enormous difference between being charged and being smeared. What's happening to our club has far transcended that line and it's quite frankly distasteful, unprofessional, disrespectful, and juvenile among other things. Why can't someone with a legitimate podium bring these discrepancies, distortions of facts, and outright lies to light, publicly. I appreciate the compliment but I'm sure I'm just saying what a lot of us think, that this has gotten out of control and someone needs to say or do something meaningful to get it to subside. I get that success breeds envy and jealousy and that these charges have opened the door for others to give us an elevated level of banter but when people go online and start throwing around accusations of trafficking in under age players its way past the time to pushback HARD!!! Let no one be mistaken, these cocksuckers want to obliterate our beloved club. Not happening!!!That is quite simply, one of, if not, the the best post I have ever read. Take a bow Jewel. Oh, and I genuinely believe that when we do clear our name, there's gonna be some very, very twitchy arses out there. I hope we obliterate the lying bastards!
