PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Even if the balance of probabilities were applied in Civil Law, how would the PL gather such evidence which is outside of their jurisdiction anyway?

They've done this on a wing & a prayer, hoping even if their witch hunt fails, the reputational damage done to City will suffice.

They've done it on a wing and a prayer and knowing it will give us negative media for years to come and set the narrative for ever when looking back at this time!

They do live very close to the sea, maybe its down to the salt levels in the atmosphere...

Or FSG have told him, they can no longer source any more inhaler’s. As their main supplier has now joined the rags as sports development director.

Nah, history doesnt remember those things, not for decades anyway. No one really remembers the scandal of Littlewoods buying titles for lfc. The history books will (hopefully) show we won the treble and set the league on fire. It will be the measure to beat.

History is and has always been written by the victorious, which will be us, I think it was Churchill who said " history will be kind to me, for I intend to write it".
Manchester City will write the history of our great club on and off the pitch, not the media parasites and the click army. Or Everton.

What’s wrong with buying a football club and using it as a vehicle to promote something. Every one now knows what Etihad do, is it that much of an inflated sponsorship with the exposure they have had since 2009?

Exactly. ‘Not having the required resources’ is a nonsense of an excuse. The PL is a multi billion pound industry. They have an obligation to acquire and implement the correct amount of required resources. Just to cherry pick certain clubs to investigate and not others, tells you all you need to know about how the PL is run and administered.
 
Am I right in thinking that at least a proportion of the Etisalat and the Mancini additional payments occurred prior to FFP even being implemented, meaning there would be no FFP to circumnavigate - meaning there is possibly another explanation?
