America to place Nuclear weapons in the UK for the first time since the Cold War to counteract the threat from Russia
I thought we already had a Nuclear threat in our Submarine why do we need a land based threat ??

Size of weapon. I suspect these will be tactical nukes coming from the states, not the big fuck off ones we have on our subs.

That said, wouldn’t want them on our shores as if the shit does hit the fan, we have just put a bulls eye on the map

Watching tonight I can't help but think all these minor ministers and MP's of all persuasions who have been given a script and sent out to score points on transparency are too dim to realise the ultimate conclusion of "their" points is that they too could end up having to expose their own private messages? They are giving opponents ammunition to fire back without seemingly understanding that.

It’s in Scotland, do they, or anyone other, care?

This is the bit they don't get - they can quote economic stats - they can make claims about growth - doesn't matter with the electorate its actually how they feel - how their pockets are affected - is their spending restricted and are they being squeezed. In the end nobody cares about growing 1% more than somewhere else over 20 years they realise that they are always skint and what was the norm is now a treat and what was a treat is beyond them. Its the economy stupid is the truth.

OK, I can draw you a parallel.

School A gets 30% of Its pupils 5 or more top GCSE grades.

School B gets 90%.

If School A gets an increase of 10%, and School B only 5%, which of the two schools would you choose for your kids? The Tory/Brexit argument says school A is better.
