And paid the highest wages. And also a cast iron guarantee that you would be immediately
called up to the national team of your country.
And systematically destroyed any rival except scousers by tapping up all rivals best players

The beauty of Jay's call, and its a shame he didn't reference it himself at the end, is that the question they were asking before he came on was "will City's CL triumph rank alongside the other English clubs winning the trphy". By the end of the call, they were all saying that it would (albeit in 10 years time). So the purpose of the phone in became irrelevant as Jay had answered their question and the panel all agreed with him.

It starts near the end of the 10-10.30 clip, and continues in the next clip (you can move between clips using the dropdown menu):

I feely admit we are were we are due to the investment, not a problem for me. It's not unusual for new owners to invest.

What I dont understand is why dippers and rags are embarrassed by their old owners investment.
It's easy. It's called rewriting history to reinforce the narrative lies they and their shills/bots are perpetuating.

I hate mentioning the rags in any content as I find them so irrelevant. But this organic bollocks ? In the late 80's they were the 1st club in England to be floated on the stock exchange, not only did this fill there pockets, it enabled them to cherry pick any player they wanted. Organic my ARSE !
And don't foget that the entire United operation is built on a mountain of debt. Debt, which in the last decade, has been steadily increasing. United don't pay taxes, don't invest anything in the local community, and have not reduced their debt (£1bn and counting). That is the opposite of organic growth, more like inorganic decline.

Exactly. If City fans widely trumpeted we grew organically they’d have a point. But i have never heard one city fan say that. We know we got lucky and made the most of it.

Like Liverpool did previously with Littlewoods (they were a small Div 2 club pre 40 odd years of Sugar daddy money), Arsenal did previously as the Bank of England and thru Danny Fitzman investment in the mid 90’s and as the rags did with us giving them money so they didnt go out of business.

Money doesn’t guarantee success, just look at United right now. A global laughing stock despite spending billions/more than anyone else!

Fuck right off!!

Had to laugh when Gobshite Jordan said " You were found guilty by Eufa but Cas moved you on." Could not bring himself to say " Found you not guilty " Twat.
As if a private decision by a small group of unqualified people like Leterme and Rick Parry on the UEFA IC is in any way equivalent with that taken by three independent Judges. Jordan really is a moron and a dangerous one at that.

It's impossible to do it 'organically' now. The closest thing I have seen to doing it organically is Southampton - Bale, Lallana, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ward-Prowse, etc. What happened? Liverpool amongst others steamed in and said "we're having him, him and him". A bad recruitment cycle later and Southampton were relegated. So I say bollocks to your organic growth. City got to the top and stayed there by doing things in the only way possible. A way that is now largely shut off to any would-be dreamers. A way that sticks two fingers up to the twats who want to run football for their own benefit. A way that makes the envious establishment clubs more green than an Asda organic bag of spinach.
Fair point about Southampton.
Don't forget that LFC also robbed the Saints of Virgil Van Dyke and Nathaniel Clyne.
Considering Gareth Bale is from Cardiff, the Saints must have a cracking scouting network.
Also, their "jewel in the crown", Theo Walcott left, for Arsenal.
Their fans, like those currently supporting Brighton, must get fed up to the teeth of LFC, Chelsea and the Arse, poaching their best youngsters...

Jordan needs slotting.
From Simon Jordan’s Wikipedia page when he bought Palace in 2092

“Jordan had been a lifelong fan, and he noted "I have been prepared to put my money into something I truly believe in, and my first job is to turn the fortunes of this club around."

So he put his money in. Very laudable Simon. Just what a chairman was expected to do right until one day the rules were changed and the opposite became true. Remind us, why were those rules changed?
