PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Wolves my have to sell their best player, the rags, arsenal and the dippers are said to be very interested.
Newcastle may have to sell to comply with the shit show (and are losing one of their top men to the rags)
We may be relegated.
Welcome back to the sky top 4 on this Super Sunday. (I've included spurs as even they couldn't fuck up when every other team has been knobbled)
If fans of other clubs don't wake up to this shit show they deserve all that's coming.

Very good post, the other thing is they are alleging criminal activity and mass conspiracy to defraud, however won’t actually use those words as all hell would break lose.

The question is, have City, the owners, the club management, the auditors, the clubs commercial partners committed any crime here? The allegations are huge but what they measured up to breaking is the Premier League rule book. If it’s criminal activity is a 3 man panel the right place to judge this rather than a proper court of law, if not how far can the Premier League go back if it’s a civil case and limitations act takes effect? The Premier League are on very shaky ground here which is probably why they are receiving feedback about doubts about their case. The tidal wave of piss boiling is coming, we all better get life jackets for it.
They are on very dodgy ground and if a three man panel, including two with no legal background, were daft enough to bring in a guilty verdict, we'd see just how valid the PL's refusal to allow appeal to the courts was.

The huge amount of TV money suddenly meant clubs that were just cannon fodder in the premier league started to become a nuisance. They could pay better wages and as a result obtain better players. The cartel thought fuck that and have brought in the new rules to make sure they stay in their lane. It stands to reason clubs like Arsenal, the rags, Liverpool and Spurs with 60,000+ plus stadium's should make more money than those with smaller stadiums. West Ham should be doing better with their crowds and we will be in the 60,000+ capacity soon. Of course they are doing their upmost to take us out of the equation. The ones outside looking in will never break through unless they scrap ffp completely and they get a rich owner willing to spend. They should coordinate and start a fans strike but they never will. A few games of no fans except the away fans of the top six would soon shake things up.

This is only speculation on my part but 'if' the PL are looking for a way out as they know that their case is unwinnable then maybe there would have to be negotiations between the PL & the club about our terms for that? Contrary to what a lot of posters want we aren't going to be suing them for colossal sums but we presumably would want a statement stating that there was no case to answer as a starting point. There could also be a demand for someone like Masters to fall on his sword for instance.

If the PL case is as weak as we hope then I can't see it going all the way to the IC issuing a judgement in early summer next year.
Rick Parry is one of the main instigators against us aswell . We want this **** banned from football for life !!!

I think the mainstream/legacy media is irretrievably broken. I barely consult it these days, if I (reluctantly) do, I try to look across a number of sources. I certainly don’t trust it to be balanced or fair.
Agreed. On a positive note though I think it is clear that senior people in Government (and the Opposition) know precisely what is going on within the leadership of the PL and its special relationships with certain clubs and this will ultimately work in City's favour. The UK media has been destroyed by a clickbait culture ane there is virtually no chance of impartial coverage on any issue. This is a much wider problem for society than what has happened to our club.

The PL’s brief will report back to them, which is normal. If the PL then leak, the tribunal‘s independence is not compromised, but the integrity of the PL is.

The PL has no integrity left to compromise.

The PL accounts for the last FY are now available on Companies House. As predicated their expenditure on legal fees is increasing exponentially, although the breakdown is not available the lions share of the £100m must be the cost of the cartel campaign against us. Just out of curiosity I did a check on the second most senior Director after Masters..

Dharmash Pravin MISTRY

It didnt taken long to see more connections between PL execs and the BBC, ie he is also a Director at the BBC, however the following just about says it all...

"Mistry, who grew up in Hampstead and is an Arsenal season-ticket holder"
His first big job was MD of the magazine giant Bauer and he has lots of expertise in tech and media. Presumably he was brought in because of his network of media contacts. This would have helped with broadcast contracts but you can be sure he is on first name terms with all the big media players in the UK.
Nothing wrong with this on the surface (it's part of his role) but it also shows just how incestuous these sort of high-level relationships are. A lot of them went to the same schools and universities. Make no mistake, people in the higher echeleons of the London-based media operate like a commercial mafia. MCFC are outside this tent and always have been. Arsenal, Spurs, MUFC, and LFC are inside the tent.

I 100% agree. It was accelerated by COVID, where people's reliance of online information was just what they needed to move away from traditional print etc. I remember right at the beginning a woman returning from China being interviewed, saying the best thing to do is turn off TV news and don't go on social media because they're full of lies and conspirators with their own agendas. How right she was. BMF is the only city news I read as I don't trust any of the main stream sauces. No radio, no socials and deffo no papers for me. I took her advice.
