Tough place to go but with almost a fully fit squad we've got to fancy our chances.

Only benefit they've had is 9 days off which may give them a bit more legs for this one.

It'll be nice to not have the pressure of the league hovering over us for this one.

Get it won and get everyone rested for the Derby on Sunday.

I would have thought Lewis will play in this and KDB won’t.

We looked leggy against Bournemouth wouldnt be surprised if Pep rests a few players , Luton are not the type of team to play jaded players , they will be in our face for ninety minutes , if we are going to bow out of a competition then i suppose despite being the cup holders this would be the one.

Rest Rodri, Phil, Ederson, KDB. Give a chance to the likes of Ortega and Gomez. Good when called upon, and it feels like forever since they were last involved. Finally, maybe Jack is ready for a 15-20 minute cameo? He could use it ahead of the rags.

Something like that. Luton have half a chance of survival, this will likely secretly be an unwelcome distraction for them, I expect they'll rotate heavily themselves so no reason a team similar to that above cannot dominate and win comfortably.

did we play particularly badly today, i dont recall us defending for our lives or ederson making wonder saves, or lots of last ditch challenges, yeah we didnt win 4-0 but foden and stones were outstanding, ake was good, dias looked back to himself, rodri was rodri, kova carried the ball well and halland made a goal.
